Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or not functioning properly.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product significantly differs from its description.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
  • Products showing signs of use or modification.
  • Clearance, promotional, or sale items unless received damaged or defective.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where applicable.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), return shipping costs will be covered by Khyber Stores.
  • For all other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
